Can I get the sample?
Sure! We can give you free samples, but you’ll need to pay the shipping cost. Samples are usually shipped by air and take about 3-5 days to arrive.If you need a sample of aluminum wall panel and you have a specific shape requirement, we can discuss more detais about the customized sample.If you need samples of WPC products, just tell me the size!
How long does it take to make the product？
The quantity of the aluminum wall panel depends on the production cycle, as well as aluminum wall panel usually need to customize the style and color, relatively speaking, its production time is relatively long, about 30-45 days, if you are in a hurry to get the goods, we can expedite the arrangement of your order! About the pergola,it may take 15-20 days to produce the aluminum pergola ! And about the WPC products,the production time of WPC products also depends on the quantity, compared with aluminum wall panel , the production time of WPC products is shorter, about 20-30 days.

How many days will the product arrive？
Meterny is manufacturer based in Foshan China. The close port near by is Shenzhen or Guangzhou, which are arout 1-3 hours to reach. For see shipping time from port to port, it depends on the country distance. Generally speaking, time is from 20 days to 50 days depends on ports in different countries.
How Can I install ?
Our Panels are designed to be easy to install.
For Aluminum boards, we pre-made brackets at aluminum panels for screws to drill at.
For WPC decking, there are gaps at the panels for fasteners to lock the panels at.
For WPC wall/ ceiling panels, we designed them to be able to get connect with each other, with screws to fix at the joist/ floor base.
When you receive the goods, we can send you installation tutorials and installation video, if you need, we provide one-on-one service, we alsocan have a video call to teach you to install our products!
